Installing with BetterDiscord

  1. Install BetterDiscord.

    Note: BetterDiscord is not affiliated with Discord. Please read their FAQ for more information.

  2. Download WakaTime for Discord.

  3. Move discord-wakatime.plugin.js into your plugin folder.

  4. Enable the WakaTime plugin in BetterDiscord’s plugin settings.

  5. Enter your API Key in the WakaTime plugin settings.

  6. Use Discord like normal and your activity will be displayed on your WakaTime Dashboard.

Installing with Vencord

  1. Install Vencord.

    Note: Vencord is not affiliated with Discord. Please read their FAQ for more information.

  2. cd Vencord/src/userplugins

  3. git clone https://github.com/wakatime/vencord-wakatime

  4. pnpm build

  5. Enter your API Key in the WakaTime plugin settings.

  6. Use Discord like normal and your activity will be displayed on your WakaTime Dashboard.
