What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds, unless you contact support or cancel your upgrade within 14 days of purchasing.

How do I request a refund?

Contact support at support@wakatime.com.

How will you refund my payment?

You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For crypto payment methods, we may request a receiving wallet address.
