Inside Sublime, select Tools → Command Palette…
Type upgrade package, then select Package Control: Upgrade Package.
Choose the WakaTime plugin.
Note: Sublime Package Control will automatically update plugins when you restart Sublime Text, but to force an update follow the instructions above.
